During the Workshop, each of the Sandwatch Teams set up a National Display Table to show their hard work on behalf of the project and also demonstrate how Global Climate Change has affect each of their home islands, such as causing increased erosion, loss of beaches, mangroves, coastal wetlands, turtle nesting sites, the bleaching, siltation and destruction of coral reefs and the increased damage caused by more severe hurricanes, storms, flooding, droughts and other major environmental stressors.
